Expert Portfolio Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry. Skilled in Equity Research, Asset Managementand Equity Valuation. He received several international awards. He holds a Degree in Business Administration, specialising  in Finance and focused his thesis on portfolio management of insurance companies at the ‘Luigi Bocconi’ University / Bocconi University.

Since 1992, Manuele spent almost six years managing a volatility book at Banca Intesa, the main market-maker for most of the listed single stock options since the launch of the IDEM market. In 1998, he moved to Gruppo Banca Leonardo (former Milla&Co SIM Spa) as head of the proprietary book. The team was made up of three people and the book was managed like a “multi-strategy” hedge fund, focused on stock-picking, volatility, trading and risk-arb. In 2008 he left Gruppo Banca Leonardo to start his career at MOMentum.

Portfolio Manager with over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, first as a financial analyst and equity sales and, since 2010, as an investment manager, gained in leading international andItalian banks. He was one of the founding members of MOMentum which was established as a spin-off from a primary Italian institution. He was formerly a member of the board of directors atthe Banca Leonardo Group from 2003 until 2006. Federico holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Pavia in 1994.

Michele obtained a degree in Economics at the ‘Luigi Bocconi’ University / Bocconi University in 1992. In the same year, he started to work at Milla&Co SIM Spa, which later became Gruppo Banca Leonardo. As head of equity from 1996 to 2003, Michele developed all the activities related to the distribution of Italian equity research to domestic and foreign institutional investors. In 2006, after the sale of the bank to a group of institutional investors, he was entrusted with the project of establishing an Italian Investment Company. In 2008 he left the Bank to create the set-up of MOMentum.

The MOMentum Risk Manager.

Domenico has extensive experience as a Risk Manager in companies active in the global financial markets and has an in-depth knowledge of several  financial risk management models and tools. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Bari (IT) and has carried out research activities at the Universities of Pittsburgh (US), Oxford (UK) and Rome “La Sapienza” (IT).

The MOMentum Back and Middle Officer.

Luigi has gained considerable experience in the SGR sector and various international groups as head of back-office and head of operations. In addition, having excellent knowledge about the use of financial instruments and an accounting training developed over the years on the activities of fund management, he is best suited to the tasks of Funds’ NAV reconciliation activities.
